Happy New Year!

This is the moment we have all been waiting for and looking at social media there is a lot of fantastic resolutions being set. With that being said we are continuing with our mission statement of ‘Putting our customers at the heart of everything we do’ to ensure that this year is as GOOD as the last!

This time of year is when most estate agents publish their results showing how many sales and valuations they did last year, that isn’t us! We are all about YOU. While we did have a record breaking year this is all down to our customers, friends and family who have given us so much love and support over the last few years of starting this small business.

We are excited to announce that we are expanding once again and will be sharing news of new team members shortly. This is all to ensure you continue to get a high level of service from our team as we are growing.

I also couldn't be more proud of the team for winning two awards this year. 'Entrepreneur of the Year' & 'Best Agent of the Year' 

So what can we expect this year from the property market? I have seen so many predictions and once again I think that the truth is no one knows. There have been predictions of price drops of up to 15% but I personally believe this is a bit dramatic especially when one of the most searched Google searches last month was ‘Property Market 2023’

The cost of living crisis has had an impact over the last few months and the property market did seem to be quieter than we had seen in previous months but this is also just typical of the winter period. Naturally we see an increase in buyers in January and then this picks back up again as we head into spring.

Personally I feel like we are heading back to a ‘normal’ market after the craziness of the last two years but this is a welcome change! I believe we will see prices level out rather than seeing the huge increases we saw in 2021/22.

We call ourselves ‘Property Advisors’ for a reason, due to the fact that is what we are here to do.
