It's christmassss!!!!....

And just like that, it’s December! Who else is thinking of all those naughty elf on the shelf ideas for the kids? I already have a Pinterest board set up for ideas that I probably won’t get around to, or I’ll be rushing down at 6am to do something before the kids wake up!

Talking of elves, you’ll see our very own Good Elf on his sales journey for 25 days this year! So, keep an eye out for Elfie and see what he’s getting up to. Let’s hope he is on his best behaviour!

As Jake said last month, we are working really hard to come up with new solutions to market your properties and we have some great deals approaching! The market is still a little slow although, we’ve had some great sales agreed in the last week or so and that’s down to our “smart marketing” we may not always be the biggest valuer but that’s not to say we won’t get you the best price for your property!
